Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

FKN Gym Wear is committed to customer satisfaction and we understand that when shopping online; sizing can vary from brand to brand.

If you’ve purchased any merchandise that isn’t the right size, email us at info@fkngymwear.com to request an exchange.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item/s must be unworn & in brand new condition with tags attached. 

Once we receive your parcel and approve the returned item/s, a store credit or exchange will be issued and an email will be sent to confirm this.

*Please note any items that are returned with marks or stains including fake tan, deodorant, animal hair and/or strong smells such as perfume or cigarettes WILL BE DECLINED 


Products that are on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds (if applicable)

FKN Gym Wear offers refunds for products that are faulty only.

If you purchased an item and changed your mind, we are happy to provide a store credit provided that goods are returned unworn and in a saleable condition.

Most requests for refunds will be reviewed within 2 business days. Once a product is returned, we will assess your product in line with our terms and conditions, and contact you to advise if your claim is accepted.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your FKN item is faulty, please send us the following via email:

1. Your Order Number

2. Product fault information

3. Photos that clearly show the fault

There is no need to send your faulty item back to us, we will arrange  a replacement!

If your item was damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us within 3 days with photographic evidence so that we can get it sorted for you.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will email you with details of your store credit. 


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using standard shipping as the most cost effective method to return your items to us. 

If you are shipping any item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
