Socks

Thankfully, shoes are now mandatory in most gyms, but I've been known to do squats and deadlifts in just my socks. It was during one of these workouts that the inspiration for FKN do make some socks exploded into my brain! How could I be head to toe representing FKN while my toes were wearing some other sports brands socks? It just didn't make sense.

When I sat down to design the ultimate pair of gym socks, there were a few boxes that I wanted to tick. They have to perfectly fit men and women, have extra cushioning in the sole for comfort and be crew length for a little extra ankle warmth and support. I'd never really thought about socks as a piece of equipment to assist my lifts, but if you think about it, that's exactly what they are, so I took it very FKN seriously.
