I need to change my order
If you have recently placed your order and need to make a change, please contact us asap to let us know. If you have already received your email titled 'Your Order Is On The Way' sadly... its too late! You can always send the items back to us for an exchange.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you have not received this email within 48 business hours of placing your order:
Check that the email address you provided is correct Check your spam folder Email us for an updateI need to change the shipping address
- If your parcel has not been dispatched from our warehouse, give us a call on +61 7 3399 6398 or email us at accounts@fkngymwear.com to have the address changed.
- If your parcel has been dispatched and you have the tracking number, you may be able to have it re-directed. Click on the link below and follow the instructions.

You have sent me the wrong item
WTF? Sorry!
If this has happened, please email us at accounts@fkngymwear.com with the following details so that we can get it sorted for you asap:
1. Your Order Number
2. A photo/s showing the packing slip (which is included in your order) AND the products that we sent
*Please try and include the slip and the items in the same pic.*
Once this has been received, we will re-send your order Priority Express Post!
Additional Verification Request
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on our store. We are constantly working to make our store as secure as possible for everyone. That's why, after placing an order, you may be asked for additional information to verify your identify.
If one our team contacts you, you'll be asked to provide the following forms of ID for verification:
- Government Issued Photo Identification that shows the same address as the "Shipping Address" provided in your order
- A partial photo of the credit card used to place the order. Only showing the last 4 digits, your name and the expiry date. Please make sure to black out all other numbers on card
Why and How will you be asked for this information? This can happen when your billing address does not match the shipping address on the order. Also if the billing address does not match the banks details and other system generated reasons.
You will receive an email from our website asking you to get in touch with us. If we do not receive an email reply, we will give you a call on the number you provided. If we cannot reach you after 7 working days from the date the order was placed, the order will be cancelled and an email notification sent to the email provided.
Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment you used. It is then your responsibility to follow up with the bank.
