FAQ

What are your t-shirts made from? All of our t-shirts are made from 100% cotton

How long are the men's shorts? We currently have three styles in the men's gym shorts range. The Apollo, Relentless and FKNLIFT and they're all above the knee.

Are the men's gym shorts squat proof? Yes. All of our shorts are tested in the squat rack under heavy weight conditions.

I'm 90kg (200lb's), what size hoodie should I buy? If you like your hoodie to be more fitted, we would recommend size XL. For a more comfortable fit go up a size.

Are your t-shirts fitted or loose? FKN Gym Wear t-shirts are designed for muscular physiques? They are true to size and feature a tapered waist and have fitted sleeves, so if you do like your shirts oversized, we recommend going up a size or two

Will my nipples fall out of your gym singlets? In normal wear no, however we have seen the odd nipple fall out of our stringers when laying on a bench.

How big is your 4XL sizing really? We have some clients who are over 193cm (6'4") tall weighing 120kg plus loving the 4XL sizing.

Do the shorts have zippered pockets? The FKNLIFT range of men's gym shorts have zippered pockets.

What are the men's shorts made from? FKNLIFT - 100% Cotton (soft). Apollo - 100% Polyester (lightweight). Relentless - 100% Polyester Tricot (sweat wicking)

Are your track-pants fitted or loose? Our Quadfit track-pants are exactly that, quad fitted. They sit snug on your thighs and taper down to the ankle. If you like them looser, we recommend going up a size than your usual.

Do your t-shirts hug the arms? Yes. Because FKN Gym Wear is designed by a bodybuilder for bodybuilders, having nice fitted arm sleeves is an absolute necessity.

Can I wash my clothes in hot water? No. ALWAYS wash your gym clothes in cold water to preserve the prints. Can I tumble dry my gym clothing? We strongly advise not to, as tumble drying can shrink your garments and compromise the fabric.

Who designs the clothing? Every garment in the FKN Gym Wear range is designed by owner/founder Jonny London.
