Fitness, Knowledge, Nutrition – The FKN Principles of Success.
I’ve never considered fitness to purely be measured by how long someone can run on a treadmill or by how many pushups someone can do.
Physical fitness all starts from the mind and your determination to achieve your goals.
Your body doesn’t fail until your mind has.
True Fitness can only be created by:
- Unconditionally believing in yourself
- Passionately creating and achieving goals
When you control this, just watch how many push ups you can do.
There are plenty of people who are far more educated in dieting and training than me and are in far worse shape than me.
I don’t have a business degree, but the people who work for me do.
I know people with thousands more Instagram followers than me, but I make thousands more sales.
Knowledge isn’t measured by how many books someone has read, knowledge is collected from success and failures.
- Knowing exactly who you are
- What you desperately want from life
- Being able to vividly visualize success
- Being grateful for everything that you have manifested through your hard work
All that matters, is how you see yourself.
Knowledge removes fear. Only when you stop moving and learning, can fear and weakness creep in.
Feed your body, feed your mind.
Your body is useless without food and water…It’s as simple as that.
For me personally to get in my best day to day shape, I need at least 6 meals and 4-6 litres of water.
This is not competition condition by any stretch, but I feel my best to train and be at my most productive in business eating this way.
Take your nutrition extremely seriously.
Spend some time researching and create a routine for your meals.
Believe me, it will invigorate your entire life immensely, in every FKN facet.
